Read the product description, ingredients or materials, dimensions, instructions and warnings before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. We remain responsible for supplying goods that match their description and for claims we make about them.

Our store and customer service do not provide a medical diagnosis or individualized treatment advice. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and the final amount payable are shown before you submit an order. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. For relevant cross-border deliveries, we arrange payment of import duties and ordinary customs charges through our fulfilment arrangements.
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa. Availability of a wallet or method depends on your device and eligibility and is shown at checkout. Payment authorization or collection does not by itself confirm acceptance of an order.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is your offer to buy the selected products at the checkout price. An initial order acknowledgment confirms receipt. We accept an order when we send a dispatch confirmation for the relevant products. If products ship separately, acceptance applies to the products identified in each confirmation.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order because stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, there is a material listing error, delivery is unavailable to the address, or there are reasonable fraud or legal concerns. We will tell you and promptly release an authorization or refund any amount collected. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.
We may request information reasonably necessary to resolve an order problem. Contact us promptly if you need a correction or cancellation. We can normally make changes only before fulfilment or dispatch begins. This operational limit does not restrict cancellation or refund rights for delayed shipment, defective goods or other rights provided by law.
Delivery, returns and problems
We deliver within the United States. Processing, transit estimates, tracking, delay handling and Delivered Duty Paid arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Our Returns and Refunds page explains the 30-calendar-day voluntary return policy, return address, return costs, refund timing and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect products. There are no direct exchanges. Email us before sending a return.
We do not provide a separate voluntary commercial warranty unless expressly stated for a product. Any advertised warranty is additional to rights provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes applicable express or implied warranties, limits a statutory remedy to 30 days, or makes you responsible for our failure to supply conforming goods.
Using the website and submitting reviews
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content or use another person’s details without authority. Reviews must reflect your experience and must not disclose another person’s private information. By submitting a review for publication, you permit us to display it with the display name you choose and make formatting changes that do not alter its meaning. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews.
The website’s text, images and other protected materials belong to their respective owners. You may use the website to browse and make purchases. Other reproduction or commercial use requires the relevant permission unless permitted by law.

Complaints, applicable law and changes

Delaware law and applicable federal law govern these terms, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your state. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or prevent you from bringing a claim in a court with jurisdiction or contacting a public authority. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
The terms available when you order govern that purchase. Later changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights relating to an existing order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
